JR and his team did a great job! They were reliable, efficient and reasonably priced! I'm thankful they helped me on the weekend with a plumbing emergency. I absolutely recommend them for your plumbing needs.

What a breath of fresh air! I had another company (which I won't name) come to our home and quote the most unbelievable price ever, so I had to decline. I called approximately 8 more plumbers (all who were booked until Monday or later). Finally called Pierson and a very pleasant lady answered and was able to get us help today (Saturday after Thanksgiving). The plumber Tristan came to our home during the timeframe that was provided at the time of the request. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything before he did things and was upfront about pricing for the service. Our kitchen sink was clogged and what seemed like an easy fix, took a few hours to complete. This family-owned business is AWESOME! Pricing is fair and affordable. Like many of the other reviews have stated, this company will be my new go-to for plumbing needds. Charles, you have raised/trained an AMAZING son/employee and I hope you know that he is representing the family in the most positive way. Keep up the HONEST and Great work!

Awesome company. They were professional, friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Had shower doors put in. Not your standard door. The installer Jason took his time to make sure he installed it correctly. He didn't try to hurry it up. Top notch job. From talking to the owners JR and Tania, I could not be more satisfied. Nice and friendly customer service offered by both their office and the repair man that came out. Straight forward process and shared the facts as they were rather than trying to up sell. Fair price. Will definitely go back to them for future needs as I learned they offered much more than just plumbing.

Friendly, efficient, and very knowledgeable, they fixed our obsolete (per Delta) shower mixing valve rather than replacing the shower plumbing and trim kit completely. They went the extra mile of repair rather than the more lucrative replacement approach, which saved us money and all the mess of a larger remodel. I couldn't be happier with the job done. Needed a new faucet installed. Looked for someone not too far from me. Found Pierson Plumbing. Contacted them through their website stating my need. Heard back promptly with a date they could come. Lucas showed up at the date and time. He was professional, polite, and skilled. I got to know him a bit while he was working and I have to say, he gives me great hope for the future.
